SharedSpaces.co.uk is the UK's leading co-buyer website. Since our launch in December 2005 our PR machine has been working overtime gaining us features in many nationals, locals, TV and radio channels, which we've been very happy about, and so have our PR firm as they have won an award at the Daily Mail PR Awards and also the CIPR Awards 2006 for their campaign with us. Who should advertise with us?
Advertising on SharedSpaces.co.uk means advertising to a concentrated audience of first time buyers and investors from novices to professionals, so if you are a new home developer, builder, property investment trainer, property finder, removal firm, property information website, or anything to do with buying land or property in the UK or abroad to live in or invest in, then please feel free to contact us.
Where do the ads go and what do they look like?
An example of what the ads look like is on the right side of this page. The technical name for it is a 120x600 pixel skyscraper vertical banner, and there is room for just one on a page. Most pages on our site have room for one, including most importantly all the Search pages (which is why people come to the site in the first place, to find someone to co-buy, co-invest or co-rent with).
A limited number of adverts are stored on the site and with every page refresh the next advert is shown. Typically a visitor to the site will vewi 10 pages, but these pages may refresh several times each with the actions they perform. Adverts that are placed on one page are placed on all pages so as an advertiser you know that it could be seen by a visitor to the site or a member, a buyer or a renter.
