For all those of you out there that have been waiting and waiting for the new site I appoligse. The development took a little longer than everyone expected but the results are stunning in our eyes.
You'll see that we have listened to our customers in a number of ways. Firstly for you co-investors who wanted your own section... you got it. We had comments from a number of investors who believed the site was too heavily weighted towards first time buyers which would loose the interest of many potential co-investors. We couldn't have that so we have created a totally seperate stream for you, your own page with information on Investing in Property, Land (and soon investing Abroad), and a number of the companies that we will be bringing you in our Hot Property section will be chomping at the bit to help you out as well as the first time buyers on the site.
For first time and second time buyers we have far far more information now. Every section has been tweeked, there is a Forum for you to ask questions of the co-community, a Blog to read the rantings of our Founding Director and more organisations that are all too willing to help you find the best mortgage deal, help you with your conveyancing and any other legal issues related to buying on your own or with someone else. It is our mission to also bring to you other organisations and schemes that could help you afford to buy. These you will see on or on a link off of our Hot Property page in the main.
For those of you who are just not yet ready to buy or to buy with the co-buyer that you have found, there is a new section called co-renting. Find a flatmate or put yourself forward as the perfect property pal. Now there are plenty of flatshare websites out there and we are not trying to be one of them. This section is intended for people who will be looking to buy with someone else at some point in the future, but for now they are happy to rent with them and see how things go.
We would really appreciate if you could take the time to let us know what you think of our new site. You can contact us using the Contact Us form on the website, or here in the Forum. We're proud of it, but it was made for you, so let us know if there is anything missing from the site that you'd like to see here.
Thanks for your time.
Richard
